Processing & Delivery Time
We offer two types of products with different production and shipping timelines:

| In-Stock / Ready-to-Ship Items | Approximately 1 month from the date of order. |
Please note that made-to-order items are individually produced after your order is placed. Estimated timelines may vary slightly depending on current production volume.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable customs duties and taxes for shipments to the United States. You will not be charged any additional customs fees upon delivery.
Damages
SOW SWEET STORE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us directly at info@sow-sweet.com to file a claim.
